Bad/Good Luck and a Stolen ZTE ZMAX Phone

A ZTE ZMAX phone was stolen from a disabled lady at Marshall’s located on Illinois Ave. in Dallas, Texas at approximately 8:20 to closing time on April 29th. The phone is kind of big and often confused with a tablet. It is black and has a brown/burnt orange closing strap (ZTE ZMax Z970 T-Mobile Wallet PU Leather Folio Pouch TPU Case Cover Stand). It is basically a wristlet/wallet phone case. It also has a dark blue Sonic the Hedgehog charm and a burnt orange bear holding a burn orange letter and laying on its stomach. The bear was especially made for her by a lady who makes charms and keychains for children and adults with disabilities.
