How is Women Who Code Working to Stop the Leaky STEM Leadership Pipeline?



More and more today’s top executives have a technical background. With the overall number of female executives pitifully low, the fact that women are leaving the technology industry at an high rate creates concern. Women Who Code seeks to inspire women in technical careers by providing resources for them to further develop their skill sets, connect to other high-level women through networking events, and raise the profiles of powerful women in technical fields through a regular publication.
